Thanks I really appreciate it! I use Adobe Photoshop. I start by sketching out the base with the basic photoshop paintbrush tool and then go to work on it with splatter brushes, gradients, blurs and textures.

Wow this is pretty good. Though the body looks weird to me I really like The face and outlines of the surroundings.
